Drawing-Based RFQ & DFM Review

Send your drawing. We will review the manufacturing route before quoting.

Share the part geometry, material target, annual volume, critical tolerances and application context. SINTS can compare MIM, powder metallurgy, machining, gear manufacturing and hybrid routes before tooling is proposed.

Request for Quotation

Give engineering the information that changes the answer

A useful first review starts with the drawing and function. Attach files directly in the form; material, annual volume, critical dimensions and timing help us separate process fit from guesswork.

Project RFQ / Engineering Review

Tell us what the part does, what matters most, and what stage the project is in.

No files selectedOptional. Up to 5 files, 12 MB each and 25 MB total. CAD, PDF, office, archive and common image formats listed above are accepted.

Send your drawing and requirements to the SINTS team for review.

What helps most

  • 2D drawing with critical dimensions and datums
  • 3D STEP / STP / IGES file when available
  • Material and heat-treatment or finish target
  • Annual volume, program life and target timing
  • Mating parts, load, wear or sealing-adjacent context

What happens after submission

Sales checks that the request is complete, then coordinates the drawing with engineering. We may ask for missing functional information before a manufacturing route or quotation plan is recommended.

Not sure which process you need?

That is normal. Choose “Not sure” in the form and describe the part. The review should start from function, geometry, tolerance and volume rather than from a process label.
