Improvement Of Dimensional Tolerance Of Sintered Parts

In the production of sintered parts, their dimensional tolerances are actually affected by each step in the production process. Generally speaking, people choose the powder alloy system and its processing parameters according to the performance indicators of the parts, such as forming pressure, sintering system and so on. Once these factors and their parameters are determined, the size change of the sintered part is directly related to its production cost. Precise control of dimensional changes (and finally zero shrinkage) eliminates the need for post-sintering finishing and cutting, reducing production costs. On the contrary, if the size change of the parts after sintering is too large, the overall shape of the parts will change (distortion and distortion, etc.), and even make the parts become waste products, resulting in greater economic losses.
