MIM advantages

MIM is a cutting-edge method of metal formation that combines the benefits of PM and plastic injection molding to create intricate and precise metal parts using injection molding machines.

It works well for producing intricate shapes in large quantities and can work with any type of metal (including titanium, stainless steel, iron, and ceramic materials).

It can reach a relative density of over 98%.

When compared to traditional CNC and precision casting processes, MIM's finished products are more similar to final products, saving post-treatment costs and ultimately saving production costs. Additionally, compared to PM (Powder Metallurgy), MIM's structure is more even and its performance is significantly better.
